For you to qualify for our accommodation you need to ensure you meet the following criteria:

You have applied for or are in receipt of benefits including: Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, JSA
You can provide proof of your benefits
You have a National insurance number
You have a valid form of ID, Passport, birth certificate, driving licence
For those who are refugees, you must be able to prove your eligibility to reside in the United Kingdom.

All applicants will be subject to a full screening process, which helps us identify the appropriate match with our service and other tenants.
