housing tailored to residents’ needs.

Our aim is to provide a safe environment where those who are experiencing  difficult life events can find the support, they need to make positive choices
Each property has a dedicated support worker whose sole aim is to support you to develop your own unique pathway. That can allow you to change and develop as an individual. There are many barriers to making positive changes and our support team will help you examine these and put in place plans to overcome them.

To qualify for Supported Exempt Accommodation you must be receiving benefits., be over 18, on Universal Credit, ESA, JSA, PIP.

You will have to complete an assessment to help us understand your individual needs and how our service can best support you.
